I knew my days would revolve around feeding schedules, sleepless nights, and caring for someone who depended on me for everything. I expected my routines to look different and assumed that, eventually, life would settle into a new normal...

Come read the rest on the Dear Mamas substack.

I think there is something deeper underneath our need to do everything ourselves. At some point, doing it all can become part of how we prove that we are good mothers. We prove that we can handle it. That our children are cared for. That everyone has what they need. That we are capable and organized and somehow managing this enormous job without falling apart.

Read all about it on the Dear Mamas substack. The link is in my bio.

Ever notice how the pile of laundry or toys on the floor can make you feel instantly angry, anxious, or overwhelmed?

This reaction isn't random.

In this week’s Dear Mamas, I’m unpacking what’s really happening beneath the irritation, the snapping, and the overwhelm. Because it’s usually not about the toys on the floor. It runs deeper than that.

If you’ve ever felt your nervous system go into overdrive over clutter, this one’s for you. Read it on Dear Mamas Substack.

And come read the full article over on the Dear Mamas substack.

Dear Mamas Substack.

I'm Diving in deep with this one and to figure out why moms never feel like they're doing enough.

Is it the guilt, the pressure, the constant feeling of being behind?

Maybe it's how motherhood culture quietly convinces women that exhaustion is normal.

Come on over to Dear Mamas substack to read the full article 🤍

But this begs the question...why does it feel like I'm always rushing?

The appointments, the laundry, the kids-put-your-shoes-on-we-are-leaving-in-three-minutes energy.

Sometimes I feel like I'm rushing all day long, just doing my "normal" things. Not because I'm going to be late, not because I'm on a timeline, not because someone needs that thing from me...so why?? Why do I feel like I'm constantly rushing as a mom?

I'm exploring this topic, why this happens and what's actually going on underneath over on the Dear Mamas Substack this week.

Come check it out and let me know if this helps with the constant rush of motherhood.

This is a belief so many moms carry around and we need to change the narrative.

I'm explaining this concept in more detail over on the Dear Mamas substack this week.

Come check it out for an actual game plan that's going to help you get through this.
